Refund Policy

At SmartOps AI, we aim to deliver high-quality AI automation, chatbot, and workflow solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service.

Subscription Plans & Digital Services

All subscription-based services, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital products are non-refundable once activated. Since our services involve immediate access to digital systems, AI configurations, and infrastructure setup, we do not offer refunds after the service has started.

Free Trials, Demos & One-Time Services

If a free trial or demo is offered, customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the service before making a payment. One-time services such as custom AI automation setup, integrations, or consulting are non-refundable once work has begun, as they involve time, resources, and customization.

Exceptions & Billing Issues

Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven billing errors or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting our support team. SmartOps AI reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on service usage and policy compliance.
