If a free trial or demo is offered, customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the service before making a payment. One-time services such as custom AI automation setup, integrations, or consulting are non-refundable once work has begun, as they involve time, resources, and customization.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven billing errors or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting our support team. SmartOps AI reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on service usage and policy compliance.
